Delete my account

Aneni works with your LeHallel account.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Aneni and go to Settings.
2. Press Delete my account.
3. Type delete to confirm.

Your account is deleted at once.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the email address of your account (or tell us the cell number you sign in with) and write "Delete my account". We delete it within 7 days and write back to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your LeHallel account and sign-in.
• Your Aneni profile and number, your call records, group memberships, the messages you wrote, your blocks and your notification codes. The photos and voice messages you sent can no longer be opened by anyone.

What may be kept

• Records the law requires (for example, payment receipts for a paid LeHallel plan), only as long as required.
• A report someone else made about abuse, kept to protect others.

Only want to stop being found? Settings - turn off "Let people find me". Only want to stop Aneni? Settings - Turn off Aneni.
